No. You can browse the store and order any bracelet directly via WhatsApp. However, the consultation is strongly recommended - especially if you are dealing with a specific concern. A bracelet chosen without a consultation may still be beneficial, but a bracelet chosen after a consultation is designed precisely for you, which is a meaningfully different experience. The consultation is free and takes five minutes.

Crystals absorb energy from their environment and should be cleansed regularly - especially after emotionally intense periods. The easiest methods: Selenite plate - place your bracelet on a Selenite plate overnight. Selenite does not need cleansing itself and continuously purifies other crystals. Moonlight - leave on a windowsill during a full moon. Sound - use a singing bowl or bell. Avoid submerging in water, as some crystals are water-sensitive. Sunlight can fade certain crystals. Selenite plates are available in the Shreem Crystals store.

Yes - and it is encouraged. Energetic states shift over time. What your chakras need after three months of healing work may be different from what they needed at the start. All payments are handled securely online through Razorpay. At checkout you can pay by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking, or wallet, whichever is easiest for you. Your order is confirmed the moment the payment goes through, and your order number and invoice reach you straight away. Nothing is stored by us, Razorpay handles the payment itself, so your card and bank details never touch our website.

Yes. Every crystal used in Shreem Crystals bracelets is a genuine natural stone - no synthetic replacements, no dyed glass, no imitation materials. Shreyes Om personally sources and inspects every stone before it enters a protocol. The commitment to authenticity is non-negotiable - a fake crystal has no energetic value in healing work.

Every piece that leaves us is chosen by hand for the person receiving it and charged with intention before it is packed. It is not picked off a shelf and it cannot be put back on one. Once a crystal has been programmed and has begun to hold your intention, it belongs to you and to no one else.

If your piece reaches you damaged in transit, I will replace it.

To claim a replacement, message me on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. The video must be continuous, with no cuts or edits, and must begin before the sealed parcel is opened. Please start recording first, then open the package.

This video is the only proof the courier will accept. Without it I am unable to raise a claim, so please make it a habit to record every parcel you open.

An exchange is offered in only two situations: the item reached you damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

The same conditions apply as for a replacement, a message within 24 hours of delivery and a continuous, unedited unboxing video that starts before the parcel is opened.

Exchanges are not offered for a change of mind, or because a natural stone looks slightly different from the photograph. Variation in colour, pattern and size is the mark of a genuine crystal.

A refund is made in one situation only: the item you received is damaged and I am not able to send you a replacement for it.

In that case the full amount is returned to you, to the same method you paid with. Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Where a replacement can be sent, a replacement is offered rather than a refund, since each piece is prepared personally for you.

Shreyes Om is a crystal healer and Usui Reiki Master, trained through all three levels to Master, based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. He is a Research Scholar in History at Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, and it was his academic work on ancient trade routes that first led him to crystals, through the lapis lazuli trade between the Indus Valley and Mesopotamia. He is an initiated disciple within an authentic Vedic lineage, and the name Om was received on that initiation.
